PrA Quanten Technologie

The topic of this Projektarbeit is merging microfabrication with optics and superconducting quantum circuits.

Students get hands-on experience on

• Nano fabrication
• fiber optics and resonators
• integrated optics
• micro wave enegeneering
• micro wave resonators
• cryogenics, superconductivity
• quantum electronics
